Refunds and Cancellations
Attendee substitutions are welcome any time, in writing. Registration cancellations must be made in writing prior to the registration deadline date: August 23, 2012. Cancellations will result in a full refund less a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds for cancellations if the office is notified after the registration deadline date. Any refunds will be processed after the Annual Meeting.
