Discounted Rates for Multiple Attendees Conference Fees Program Highlights Location Details: The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Newport Beach, California. This resort property is located on 26 acres overlooking Back Bay Beach and is just five miles from the Orange County/John Wayne Airport. You must make your own hotel reservations and we have arranged for a per night room rate of $159.00 when you reference our event. To book your hotel room, please visit www.newportbeach.hyatt.com, enter your arrival and departure dates, and in the “Group/Corporate #” field, enter G-AAVS. THE DEADLINE TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM AT THE AAVSB GROUP RATE IS AUGUST 18, 2008, and rooms are limited. Please make your reservations early to secure your room at the conference hotel. Getting to and from the hotel: The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to and from the Orange County/John Wayne Airport, available from 6:00 AM-10:00 PM. The shuttle leaves the hotel every hour on the hour, and picks up at the airport at approximately 15 minutes past the hour. The shuttle picks up passengers outside of the baggage claim in the “Ground Transportation” area. If you are flying into LAX, you may arrange for transportation via the Super Shuttle by calling 1-800-BLUE-VAN. The cost is approximately $25 per person.
