Applying for Special Accommodations

If you are a candidate with a documented disability covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) wanting to test with special accommodations, you must complete the request form below. Supporting documentation must be provided prior to, or at the time of, submission of your PAVE application. Requests for accommodations will not be accepted after the deadline date.

It takes time to review the documentation necessary to approve test accommodations, so submitting your application and accommodation materials early is encouraged. This allows time for you to submit any additionally requested documentation necessary for approval of your request, prior to the application deadline date. All requests for accommodations must be approved by AAVSB and the NBVME.
