1 Task: Cancel your appointment with the AAVSB

Before the application/refund deadline, you can withdraw your application and request a partial refund. No refunds will be provided after the application/refund deadline and we won’t transfer applications to another exam window. Refer to the Candidate Handbook for instructions.
After the refund deadline, partial refunds will be considered only for emergency situations, such as a family death or a medical emergency which directly affects you. You must email [email protected] and you’ll need to provide documentation of your emergency.

If you need to cancel your scheduled exam with PSI, and do not plan to reschedule in the current exam window, you must email [email protected] for next steps.
