VAULT® Basic Service
Why VAULT Basic?
VAULT Basic is the AAVSB’s fastest VAULT service, giving veterinarians and veterinary technicians an efficient start to the licensing process. See processing times below for more information.
When you choose VAULT Basic, we will send the following documents to the jurisdiction of your choice:
- Your national exam score (NBE, CCT, NAVLE, or VTNE).
- Preliminary public records check.
- Your official PAVE certificate, if applicable.
You will then manage all other tasks related to your license application.
Before you get started
Before submitting your VAULT service, take a moment to use the AAVSB’s Regulatory Board Look-Up to confirm what information your particular jurisdiction requires and apply for licensure if you haven’t already done so.
Keep in Mind: VAULT services don’t replace your licensing application. You will still submit your licensure application to your licensing board.
Keep the process going
Our team delivers thorough, accurately-checked reports, including identification of any public disciplinary records, giving your licensing board exactly what they need to keep your application moving forward. You’ll take charge of the remaining steps to keep your licensing process on track.
While VAULT prepares your score report, be sure to gather:
- Your license verifications/letters of good standing.
- Your official transcript, if required.
- Any jurisdiction-specific documentation required where you’re seeking licensure (e.g., fingerprinting, name change documentation, etc.)
By handling your essentials early, you’ll speed up your path to licensure and avoid unnecessary delays.
