About the Practice Act Model (PAM) & Companion Model Documents

The AAVSB is proud to offer the Veterinary Medicine Practice Act Model with Comments (PAM), a comprehensive resource that provides up-to-date regulatory language for veterinary medicine. To support the PAM, the AAVSB has also developed companion model regulation documents addressing specific areas of veterinary practice. Combined, these documents cover essential topics like telemedicine/telehealth, the Veterinary Client Patient Relationship (VCPR), medical records, and government oversight.
