Why VAULT Premium?

VAULT Premium is the AAVSB’s most comprehensive service. In addition to sending your verified national exam score, we will also request and send:

Your official education transcript
- NOTE: Not all schools allow the AAVSB to request transcripts. Schools not eligible for transcript requests are listed here.
- The AAVSB Transcript Policy and the Translated Document Policy applies.
Your official license verification(s)/letter(s) of good standing for every license you have ever held.
Your ECFVG/PAVE certificate, if applicable.
Your name change documentation, if applicable.

VAULT Premium manages the details for you. We handle most of the tasks you’d normally have to tackle yourself. It’s an ideal choice if you have been licensed in several jurisdictions or are seeking licensure in several at once. Because this is our most comprehensive service, processing takes about 25-35 business days. Starting early is highly recommended.

Looking for a faster turnaround? VAULT Basic sends your verified score report in 14 business days. The biggest difference? You will be responsible for collecting your license verifications, transcripts, and other documents.

Note: Arizona, Missouri, Washington, and Quebec do not participate in VAULT Premium. You must use VAULT Basic for these jurisdictions.

Before you get started

Before submitting your VAULT service, take a moment to use the AAVSB’s Regulatory Board Look-Up to confirm what information your jurisdiction requires and apply for licensure if you haven’t already done so.

Pricing Information

VAULT Premium starts at $260 for veterinarians and $220 for veterinary technicians. An application fee is charged per destination.
Some jurisdictions or schools may charge additional fees for transcripts or license verifications.
